Ambulance Subscription Program

Annual enrollment is now open for the Frontier Saver Ambulance Subscription Program, provided by the Central Lyon County Fire Protection District.

 

Due to the COVID-19 situation, our Administrative Office is currently closed to the public and may have limited access throughout the entire enrollment/renewal period.  Please use the online portal for new subscriptions and renewals.  If you have subscription related questions, please call our dedicated Frontier Saver membership team at (877) 842-0328.

The annual rates for 2020-21 membership in the Frontier Saver Ambulance Subscription Program are:

$75 – single Subscriber households

$125 – households with two or more Subscribers

Subscriber membership covers out-of-pocket costs for 9-1-1 emergency calls, resulting in approved, medically necessary transports/transfers within the Central Lyon County Fire Protection District service area.

Eligibility is open to residents of the geographical area covered by the Central Lyon County Fire Protection District (Dayton, Mound House, Silver City, Silver Springs, and Stagecoach) excluding residents of convalescent homes, nursing homes, rest homes or similar medical or residential living facilities, as well as individuals with outstanding and unpaid bills for past Fire District services rendered.
